my Daily Forskin Stretch Training with my self made Tool and 2019g Full Metal Ball (24.04.2024) I exercise my foreskin about 1-2 times a day for just over 2 hours at a time with 1.4 to 2 kg. Over many months, the foreskin has now grown about 4 cm longer. Of course, this takes many months. You can do this very well while working from home or playing games. The feeling of 2 kg constantly pulling on the foreskin is incredibly cool.
